Sundays
We meet Sundays, 10:30, at The Town Hall, in Wallsend
We begin by worshipping God in song and in prayer, expectant to meet with Him and hear from Him as we glorify Him.
Then after a short break we receive teaching from the Word.
During the teaching, our kids are served by the River Kids team with stories, crafts and songs.

We love kids and families at The River Church, we want people to find their home with us, no matter their age!
Our children’s work runs on a Sunday for 1 - 11 year olds. We believe God meets powerfully with children and that he has unique purpose for them - our River Kids team is passionate about our kids meeting Jesus for themselves.
During the teaching, we create a fun space for our kids to hear bible teaching, create, worship and eat lots of snacks!

We love discipling students & young adults, Uni years are a unique opportunity to grow in faith, gifting and calling. At The River Church we want to help you step into all God has prepared for you to do in your time in Newcastle. We know how important it is to have community away from home, and run student and young adult events throughout the year to support you doing that.
